Ethiopian Economics Association would like rent out excess office spaces and other facilities in its Multi-purpose four story building (G+4) with a basement that consists of the following: • Conference Hall that can house about 500 people including a projector room for showing movies, • 9 rooms that can serve as caucus rooms during conferences (could be used for office purpose), • 30 private offices, • Library, • Student lounge, • Resource Center and Computer Lab (could be used for offices) • Gymnasium in the basement, • 9 shops in the ground floor (could be used for office), • Multipurpose Hall that could seat 1000 people comfortably, • Cafeteria and Coffee shop for students and faculty.
